As mentioned in the Timeline page, the mother company of H.S.O.P is the shipping company Enterprises Shipping & Trading of Restis Group. E.S.T. operates in a wide range of maritime which extends from owning, ship management, ship construction and other shipping supporting jobs. The fleet consists of 95 ships, dry and liquid cargo.

E.S.T.  has been located in the maritime map for the past 50 years, having made an impressive course and proved to be a shipping company that meets the highest standards. For this reason it has been awarded with many certificates from several International Organizations unique to its kind.

According to the development of the yard from 1991 until today E.S.T always proves that is willing to invest in new projects and boost the yard to new markets. Although the two companies, E.S.T and H.S.O.P., operate independently they have managed to cooperate in a great variety of works in order to upgrade the Greek shipping, creating a two-way cooperation that bring benefits to both.
